On the display surface, well developed euhedral blades attain 1.5 cm and more while around the sides and base numerous Bismuthinite blades are frozen within the matrix. A singles Pyrite cube measuring 2 mm sits on the top surface with corners modified to the octahedron.  Some cracks are visible abound the edges but these are stable.
