The Baryte is distinctive: a beige coloured thick tabular crystal, 4.4 cm in length, reminiscent of those from both Mowbray mine and Dalmellington mine in the Frizington area. It is missing its base, but its upper section and termination are really nice, and absolutely classic West Cumbrian. Ex Mike Brooke collection.
